Go to  C:\Program Files\Java 

Go to C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-9.0.4\bin

Select  here MyComputer or This PC -> Right click  -> Select Properties

Click on Advanced System Settings

Click on Environment variables 

Create New JAVA_HOME

Select New -> Enter Variable Name As JAVA_HOME

And Variable values as  C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-9.0.4\bin

Select  Path -> Click on Edit -> End of the path add ;JAVA_HOME
